This is a training course to teach mind body studies (MBS) through movement in the Feldenkrais method. Felden Teacher's LCP training course is introduced.
The foundations of MBS have been further established by recent advances in neuroscience.
We also offer general classes that can be easily applied to anxiety, panic disorder, and stress management.
