Hi! I'm the CEO of Growave. I grew up in Korea and spent 15 years in the United States before returning to Korea. Having studied counseling psychology in both the US and Korea, I have accumulated over 20 years of experience in the field. My therapeutic philosophy centers on creating a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental, and empathetic space for my clients. I see my role as helping clients share their stories and experiences, processing unresolved issues from the past, finding solutions to current challenges, and developing skills for the future. I am deeply passionate about assisting clients in discovering their inner strengths. My specialites are Anxiety & depression, Work relatated stress, Trauma & Addiction, Interpersonal conflicts, Self-esteem issues and intercultural couple’s counseling.

Hello! I'm Hea young oh, the Director of GrowWave. I am passionate about creating a mental health platform that connects with people from all walks of life and supports their personal growth. I specialize in providing counseling, workshops, and consulting services for individuals, groups, organizations, and communities facing various challenges, such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and interpersonal difficulties. Additionally, I offer somatic therapy using the Feldenkrais Method to provide a more holistic approach to healing. Hello, I’m Grace (Soeun Doh), the Director of Somatic Programs at Growave. I warmly invite you to explore the Feldenkrais Method of mind-body studies.With a background in physiology and neuroscience, I began my career in biotechnology and immunology, later working as a U.S. patent agent. A personal journey through physical challenges led me to the Feldenkrais Method, where I discovered a powerful path to restoring balance between body and mind. Since becoming a certified practitioner in 2002, I’ve guided individuals and professionals through somatic transformation, founding Korea’s first Feldenkrais center. As a Senior Trainer with the MBS Academy, I teach internationally and lead Korea’s accredited MBS Professional Foundation Training program. If you’re seeking change and deeper awareness, I invite you to begin this journey of self-discovery through mind body studies (MBS).
